Presentation of the Global Summit
This June, the World Federation of Incontinence and Pelvic Problems (WFIPP) marks a landmark milestone — 20 years of championing patients, driving policy, and advancing science on the world stage. To mark the occasion, the Federation is convening its Global Summit on Pelvic Health in Rome.
The summit will bring together patient advocates, leading clinicians, policymakers, and industry partners from across the globe — united by a shared commitment to transforming the lives of people living with incontinence and pelvic floor conditions.
Held at the Casa dell’Aviatore, the programme spans high-level keynote addresses, strategic project showcases, an international roundtable on continence health, and dedicated industry sessions — all building toward a collective vision for the decade ahead.
Voices from the European Parliament, the World Health Organization, the European Commission, and leading international urology and gynaecology societies are invited to the podium alongside WFIPP’s own global network of patient organisations. Together, they will address the persistent gaps in awareness, access, and care that continue to affect hundreds of millions of people worldwide.
The day will also serve as an opportunity to celebrate the progress made over the past two decades — and to recommit, with renewed energy, to the work still ahead.
